1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastFatoora SaaS Inc. ("FastFatoora", "we", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

FastFatoora provides a cloud-based financial management platform, including invoicing, accounting, inventory, payroll, and ZATCA e-invoicing functionality. We may add, remove, or modify features over time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person may not operate multiple free accounts without our consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Fees for each plan are displayed on our pricing page and are payable in advance.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: attempting to access areas without authorization, reverse engineering the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, disrupting the service, or using it to violate any applicable law, including Saudi tax and data protection regulations.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your data is accurate and that you have the right to process it. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by FastFatoora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity of the platform. On termination, you may export your data before your account is closed.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastFatoora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. FastFatoora is a software provider and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
